FORGET rocking around the Christmas tree this year -
it's time to ROLL out the festive fun instead!

ROLLING ALONG: Clancy Walker as Santa and Casey Orr as an Elf.
A group of energetic elves from Armley, west Leeds, are putting on a Christmas-themed 80s rollerskating disco to see in the festive season in wheely retro style.
Armley has a great community spirit and we're getting known for putting on events that are slightly tongue in cheek, but we always have fun organising them and we hope that people who come along have fun too."

Visitors can hire skates on the night – and leg warmers knitted especially for 'Rolling Around the Christmas Tree' will also be on sale.

The retro clothing has been knitted by clients of Armley Helping Hands –
. All proceeds will go to the charity.
